Master Bath Update – February 2015

Remove all porcelain tile surfaces, cabinets and tops; Remove and Salvage toilet for re-installation; Raise Shower head approximately 10”, Sheetrock and finish all affected surfaces with moisture resistant sheetrock. Haul debris from site.

Install new: shower base, tile in shower and floor, vanity, top, linen cabinet, medicine cabinet, frameless shower door, heater-exhaust fan combo, vent for fan, base, towel bars, handicap grab bars, accessories, lavatory fixtures, shower fixtures, and light fixtures.
