Kitchen Update – May 2015

Remove: garage entry door, paneling, wallpaper, flooring, cabinets, tops, ceramic backsplash, soffits, ceiling fan. Haul debris from site.

Repair: ceiling, drywall finish for paint, texture. Finish paint all affected wall surfaces.

Install New: garage entry door, underlayment & tile, owner selected custom built cabinets & tops with matching backsplash. Install under cabinet lighting, cabinet pulls, and dining room light fixture. Install cook top and sink faucet. Re-install disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator and ovens. Stain, seal and install new casing: living room windows, sliding glass door and kitchen window.
