Master Bath and Powder Room updates – June 2015

Remove existing shower/toilet room, reframe for walk-in shower with ½ wall of glass for natural lighting. Reframe existing wall to accommodate new French door. Move plumbing for toilet, Remove soffit over vanity and repair ceiling. Build extensions for height on vanities, Alter existing electric switching and lighting over vanity, remove master bedroom flooring, and finish paint all affected areas.

Install new: Onyx shower base, walls, shower caddy, shower valve & shower head, Onyx tops with under-mount Kohler sinks, American Standard Vanity faucets, Kohler toilet, 4’ French door, floor tile with heat mat, Claw foot soaking tub with faucet & shower wand, light fixtures, exhaust fan with heat, mirror, hardwood floor (master bedroom) Remove and Replace front entry door.
