Kitchen Renovation – June 2016

Remove: existing cabinets, tops, flooring (kitchen & dining room), ceiling fan and partition wall between kitchen and living room. Haul debris from site.

Repair: ceiling and drywall. Finish for paint. Provide and install proper header support and support column.

Provide and install: Cabinets, tops, elbow bar, crown molding, hardware, double bay stainless steel sink, Delta faucet, ceramic back splash, hardwood flooring, can lights and new window. Finish paint all affected wall and ceiling surfaces.

Install: owners supplied appliances.
