Provide and Install: Permits and underground locate existing services. Excavate building site and prep for new attached garage addition. 2x4 framed walls with engineered trusses; Insulate walls and ceiling; finish sheetrock interior and paint. Exterior finish to match existing; roof, siding, stone, overhead door, walk thru door, opener, coach lights, seamless gutter and paint. Electrical outlets, shop lights and work bench.
