Bathroom Renovation – April 2016

Remove & Repair: Remove existing shower, toilet and tile wall; Remove doors and jambs, re-frame for 36” door and 1 pocket door finish to match existing; Repair affected drywall and ceiling

Provide and Install: Ceramic flooring and base; low profile shower basin, walls, corner caddy, recessed caddy and seat all in “Onyx”; Delta valve with slide bar, diverter and shower head; grab bars, enclosed can light, obscured frameless shower door and ADA toilet.
