Bathroom Renovation – February 2018

Remove & Repair: Remove shower surround, shower door, vanity top and flooring; Remove and salvage toilet for re-installation; Remove ½ of toilet partition wall and shorten width of this wall; Extend shower wall to accommodate larger shower, move plumbing accordingly, raise shower head, repair sheetrock and finish affected area. Remove vinyl flooring.

Provide and Install: Onyx shower base, walls, caddies, seat, frameless shower door and shower valve; Install vanity top, faucet, vanity lights, mirrors, towel bars and new exhaust fan/heater/light combination; Install new underlayment, tile, grout and base; Re-install toilet.
