Provide and Install: Permits and underground locate existing services. Excavate building site and prep for new addition. Remove existing siding, soffit, facias gutter: salvage windows to re-install. Frame, boxing and insulation to match existing, Provide and install Anderson casement picture windows, Columbia patio door, 6” LED lights, Ceiling fans, receptacles, switches, Mitsubishi heat pump with 2 air handlers, custom built oak book shelves, LVT flooring, carpet; Finish interior and exterior to match existing. Install new gutters and downspouts. Remove debris and excess soil from building site.
