House Interior Remodel– February 2019

Scope of work:

• Frame partition wall in bedrooms 2 & 3 add door, finish drywall.
• Move washer and dryer to utility room add barn door on utility room.
• Demo kitchen, install new oak flat panel cabinets per plan, custom laminate tops, stainless steel sink, chrome faucet, garbage disposal, slide in range & dishwasher.
• Demo bath, reconfigure bathroom layout, provide and install shower valve, tub/shower surround, reinstall toilet, vanity & top.
• Refinish hardwood floors, luxury vinyl tile flooring kitchen & bath, carpet family room.
• Paint all ceilings, walls, trims and doors.
• Provide and install ceiling fan light combinations.
